A single Coca-Cola contains a whopping 39 grams of sugar. While the nutrition information says there are two servings per can, let’s be honest: We drink the entire can. Because you tend to savor a can of Coke or Pepsi, rather than downing it in less than a minute, this can mean long-term exposure to high amounts of sugar.
#2 Worst for Staining – Coffee and Black Tea
Coffee, dark teas, and red wine will leave their mark if you consume them regularly. Not only can you add sugar to coffee and tea but all three of these beverages are rich in color, which can leave your smile dark and older looking.
