Exercise releases endorphins, the body’s “feel good” chemical, and also activates the prefrontal cortex and amygdala, the brain's stress-fighting areas.
How We Manage Dental Anxiety

What to Expect with Sedation Dentistry
Most patients report feeling completely comfortable during their procedure and have little to no memory of the actual appointment. We schedule appropriately to ensure that you stay sedated during the entire procedure.
Many of our patients fall asleep in the chair, dreaming away their entire appointment.
Afterward, you will still be groggy, so you will need a ride home and someone to keep you company for the rest of the day. You should avoid making big decisions or operating a vehicle for the rest of the day.
